The ampoule forming
machines at Kaisha are the latest, with a capacity to roll out upto
2 million ampoules per day.
Imported from Europe, these machines
are equipped with a unique self-correcting facility, whereby should
the thickness of glass vary from one station to another, an electronic
sensor immediately picks up the variant and adjusts the flame
automatically. This ensures a high degree of uniformity and strict
adherence to the specifications desired.
At Kaisha all cutting, glazing, checking, annealing and packaging of the ampoule is done on seamless
state-of-the-art technology: the most advanced in the world! As the technology is fully computerized,
there is no room for error, In fact, all specifications are fed into the machine and a built-in camera
ensures that the ampoules are made precisely in line with the desired specifications.
The smallest variation, and the ampoule is automatically ejected off the line.
